FUTURE FIRST PROGRAMME
Empowering young people with entrepreneurship skills and financial literacy
Our primary objective is to empower a greater number of individuals hailing from underserved communities and marginalized groups by providing them with the necessary resources such as knowledge, skills, networks, and financial support.

FutureFirst Programme
A series of 7 hybrid sessions is available to young individuals aged 14 to 25, offering a unique blend of enterprise skills and financial education. These sessions aim to equip participants with the necessary knowledge and tools needed to thrive in the changing landscape of both traditional employment and entrepreneurship.
ThriveNow: Enterprise Skills and Financial Education Program
Program Description:
ThriveNow is a pioneering program tailored for young individuals aged 14 to 25, providing a hybrid learning experience that combines enterprise skills and financial education.
Through a series of seven dynamic sessions, participants will engage in hands-on activities, interactive workshops, and virtual resources designed to equip them with the knowledge and tools necessary to succeed in today's evolving employment landscape. Whether pursuing traditional employment or entrepreneurship, ThriveNow empowers participants to thrive and excel.
The Challenge
The global youth population, the largest in history, comprises around 3 billion individuals under 25 years old. Among them, about 1.3 billion fall within the 15 to 24 age group. These young people constitute 25% of the global workforce. Shockingly, they also account for 50% of the world's unemployed population. According to UN figures, nearly half of these youth survive on a meager income below $2 per day.
Most young people in the developing world face limited prospects of securing employment in the formal sector; hence, self-employment often emerges as the sole viable alternative. Encouraging and supporting youths in establishing and running their businesses not only empowers them but also plays a significant role in alleviating poverty within their communities.
